Accuser Ordered To Pay Michael Jordan’s Legal Fees
The second Atlanta woman in recent months to claim basketball legend Michael Jordan fathered her child has had her lawsuit tossed out.
Laquetta Theus, 30, filed a paternity suit in August claiming Jordan was the father of her 3-year-old daughter. But a previous paternity test had previously determined that another man, Hubert Henderson Jr., was the father of Theus’ child, and her suit was dismissed earlier this month.
Theus, who did not have an attorney, also contended in the lawsuit that Jordan used Hubert Henderson’s name as an alias.

Gucci Mane Suing Waka & His Former Manager (Waka’s Mom)
The ongoing issues between Atlanta rappers and former associates Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame have continued this week with the announcement that Gucci has filed a lawsuit against both Waka and his mother, Debra Antney.
According to TMZ, the 1017 Brick Squad Records founder believes that Waka and Antney are responsible for the downfall of his music career. Court documents state that Antney became Gucci’s manager in 2006 and both Antney and Waka released Gucci’s music without his permission and also collected royalties on behalf of the rapper and his music.
“Defendants’ misrepresentations and omissions were made with the intent that plaintiffs rely upon them,” read the lawsuit, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. “The plaintiffs relied on the representations and would not have entrusted (the) defendants with their careers and livelihoods otherwise.”
Artist Goes After Lil Kim For Stolen Picture
Lil’ Kim has been accused of stealing a picture of one of Reddit’s popular make-up artists and using it for commercial purposes. The Canadian female named Samantha Ravndahl claimed that the raptress used the picture as the cover art for her latest release.
The whole problem began after Ravndahl posted a creepy picture of herself in make-up depicting a skull with green and decaying skin. She wasn’t happy when she found out that the image appeared in Kim’s “Dead Gal Walking” a.k.a. “Hardcore 2K13” mixtape as well as in her social media accounts with a copyright logo added to it.
“Lil’ Kim took my photo and is using it as album art (might I add she took the liberty of adding her watermark over it on instagram),” Ravndahl posted her complaint on Reddit. She has already tried to contact Kim’s people and asked for financial settlement.
